Both Formulas – B & B or Studio – First Come, First Served

This is a low profile low key Bed & Breakfast: no advertisement and no publicity. I like it quiet for myself and for my guests!

LOCATION

It is located in a little town called San Francisco De 2 Rios. From San Jose, by bus, it takes 20/30 minutes, by taxi, 10/15 minutes. The cost of the taxi: $3.50 / $4.00

Just you to know, this is more than a normal B & B with just one room, it’s a complete two floors studio, all open space with the second floor being a mezzanine.

AMENITIES

Little fridge, microwave, cooktop, television, cable, dvd player, mini stereo, tuner with cd’s, internet wi-fi, independent entrance, hot water, phone line, parking under the studio

There is a double communication door between the studio and the main house (in addition of the independent entrance). Anytime you wish to come and talk, just open your doors. Otherwise, if you wish privacy, than just close them.

BREAKFAST – Bed & Breakfast Formula

The breakfast can be: fresh fruits, eggs and bacon, typical gallo pinto Costa Rican breakfast, a mix of all above, or anything you would like.

Breakfast can be served in your studio or in the main house with us!

Your choice! It is very flexible!

HOW MANY PERSONS

The studio-bed-and-breakfast can accommodate up to 5 guests, if needed! There are 2 hide-a-bed, one for 2 persons and another one for 1 person. Very comfortable by the way! They were custom made with the best material I could find! Really not the typical hide-a-bed where you wake up in the morning with a back pain!!!
